Q: Who are you ordained by?
A: I am a non-denominational minister ordained by The Universal Life Church located in Modesto California.
Q: How do we book you?
A: Let's chat! We'll schedule a complimentary consultation so I can learn about your story, your vision and answer any questions you have. From there you'll choose your ceremony and I'll prepare a personalized agreement.
Q: Do you offer a cash discount?
A: A courtesy discount is available for clients who pay their balance by cash
Q: How do I apply for a Marriage License?
A: For New Jersey, please follow this link: NJ MARRIAGE LICENSE
Q: We have the license, now what?
A: Bring it to the ceremony! I will take care of the filing following the ceremony.
Q: How long will the ceremony last?
A: Typically the ceremony will last about 25-30 minutes, but we can hit the "basics" in as little as 10-15 minutes.
Q: Do you perform ceremonies outside of New Jersey?
A: I certainly can, but there will be a small additional cost that we can discuss depending on the location.
Q: How far in advance should we book you?
A: The earlier the better, but if I'm available, no less than 2 weeks before your big day.
Q: Should we invite you to the reception?
A: No need to worry about me! Once we have taken care of the marriage license, I will make a discreet exit as you head off to celebrate.
Q: We tip other vendors, do we tip the officiant?
A: Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated.
Q: What kind of weddings do you perform?
A: I am happy to perform ceremonies for any couple that wants to tie the knot! While I perform non-denominational ceremonies, we can certainly include religious and spiritual elements, especially for an interfaith ceremony.
Q: What should be bring with us when we meet with you?
A: Bring lots of questions and be prepared to tell me your whole story so I can craft a ceremony that speaks of your love for each other.
Q: What happens if you are unable to perform the ceremony due to illness, accident or other unavoidable circumstances?
A: The circumstances would have to be VERY, VERY dire to keep me from performing your ceremony. If for ANY reason I am unable to be there and unable to find you a substitute, you will receive a FULL REFUND.
